Advanced Learning Techniques Workshop
Have you given a lot of thought to how it is that you actually
learn and to the factors that influence the quality of that
learning?
Instead of just studying more, learn how to study smart by coming
out and participating in the T-PULSE learning to learn workshop.
聽This workshop is designed specifically for you - first, or
second year science students. 聽In addition to learning about
the science of how we learn, this workshop will help you to develop
your own strategies of what you can do both in class and outside of
class to enhance and solidify your understanding of new concepts
and to give you the tools you'll need to succeed in your
undergraduate careers and beyond.
The workshop will be held Thursday, October 20th 5-7 in room 920
聽of Burnside Hall.
What you need to bring: If you have a clicker, bring that along.
聽Otherwise just bring a pen and your thinking cap.
