 aire du Réseau Scholars at Risk (SAR) et les efforts collectifs des membre
 s et partenaires du réseau pour promouvoir la liberté académique dans le m
 onde entier. Au fil des ans\, le réseau est passé de moins de deux douzain
 es d'institutions à plus de 400 dans 39 pays.\n\n[En anglais seulement]\n
 \nAt the Congress\, more than 200 university\, government and nonprofit le
 aders\, faculty\, staff\, students and advocates from 25 countries will co
 me together to discuss seminal issues facing higher education today. Congr
 ess participants will discuss how to do more to protect universities and s
 cholars in these challenging times\, and to strengthen the capacity of the
  university sector to contribute to a more peaceful\, just and sustainable
  world.\n\nThe 2016 Congress will provide global SAR Network members—and p
 rospective new members and partners—a special opportunity to engage with C
 anadian and other North American SAR members\, as well as to enjoy all the
  cultural\, historical and natural features that Montreal offers.\n\nYou c
