Prime Minister Stephen Harper has ended weeks of speculation by naming ºÚÁÏÍø±¬³Ô¹Ï’s former Principal and Vice-Chancellor, David Johnston, as Canada’s 28th Governor-General. Johnston will assume office on Oct.
