Lee is a clinician-scientist and Associate Pr ofessor of Medicine at Թ appointed to the Divisions of Gen eral Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases and Associate member of the Department of Epidemiology\, Biostatistics\, and Occupational Health.  He is the Director of the Թ Health Centre’s Clinical Practic e Assessment Unit which is a research unit tasked with studying and improv ing the quality of clinical practice at the MUHC and beyond.  He is also m edical director of Quality Improvement for the Department of Medicine at t he Royal Victoria Hospital and the medical director of one of four clinica l teaching units for Internal Medicine.  In 2015\, his work on antibiotic self-stewardship was named one of three “best innovations” in the American College of Physicians “Teaching Value to Residents” international competi tion.
