  Prompt program and brief overview of the ENCQOR 5G\n	A question and answer
  period.\nBackground:\n\nPROMPT was created in 2003 as a non-profit organi
 zation dedicated to facilitating partnerships and R & D financing between 
 businesses and the public research sector primarily in Information and Com
 munication Technologies sector\, from hardware to software\, as well as in
  components\, networks and applications.\n\nPrompt’s field of activity:\n
 \nWireless and 5G\n	Artificial Intelligence\n	Big Data\n	Advanced Optics\n	Int
 elligent Cities and Transport\n	Digital Aircraft\n	Health IT\n	Photonics Opti

 velop large-scale research projects in their field of activity\, including

 ort for existing industry through precompetitive research or through resea
 rch aimed at product development.\n	Creating an optimal scientific and tech
 nological environment to attract new businesses and highly qualified perso
 nnel.\n	Fostering the emergence of spin-off companies.\n	One of the coordina
 ting partners for ENCQOR 5G – pre-commercial collaborative platform for 5G
