 's Office of the International Criminal Tribunals for Former Yugoslavia an
 d Rwanda and played a key role in developing its foundational jurisprudenc
 e. He also has considerable experience in post-conflict peace-building and
  international dispute settlement\, having advised the UN on transitional 
 justice\, appeared as counsel before international courts and tribunals on
  behalf of sovereigns\, and served on the board of directors of human righ
 ts NGOs. The lecture will be followed by wine and cheese. Organized by the
