 nal Church: Canadian Social Catholics and the CCF\,\n1931–1944.” He holds 
 a SSHRC Doctoral Fellowship\, which supports\nhis dissertation research on
  the relationship between Roman\nCatholicism and the Canadian left in Toro
 nto during the 1930s and\n1940s\, and teaches an Honours seminar on Religi
 on in North American\nSociety\, 1800–1960.\n
