 s is a series of informal lectures on brain\nimaging that is presented at 
 the McConnell Brain\nImaging Centre (BIC) of the Montreal Neurological Ins
 titute\n(Neuro) by experts in the field\; these lectures\nare open to all.
 \nThe Winter-2012 Program of the BIC Lecture Series will feature\nthirteen
  presentations examining the use of advanced brain imaging\ntechniques to 
 better understand the structure and function of the\nhuman brain. These wi
 ll include data obtained using magnetic\nresonance imaging (MRI)\, functio
 nal MRI\n(fMRI)\, recording of evoked-response potentials\n(MRS)\, diffusi
 on tensor imaging\n(DTI)\, positron emission tomography\n(PET) and magneto
 encephalography\n(MEG).\nPlease join us for our first lecture of the seaso
 n\, which will\nbe held on Monday\, February the 27th\, at 1:00 pm in\nthe
  de\nGrandpré Communications Centre of the Neuro (3801 University\nStreet\
 , Montreal\, QC\, H3A 2B4). This lecture will be given by\nMarc-Étienne Ro
 usseau\, who\nwill give us an introduction to CBRAIN\, the Neuro's global
