llian Iannone has been a member of the Թ community and School of Social Work for 45 years. At the age of 17, straight out of high school, Lillian interviewed for a position at the School and has been thereever since. She is currently the Administrative & Student Affairs Coordinator.

Robson Hall at the University of Manitoba saw the Mahatma Gandhi Centre of Canada present the Peace Award to Dr. Cindy Blackstock, an advocate for First Nations children across Canada through her years of work.

Every year Թ recognizes employees who have provided 15, 20, 25, 30, 40 and 50 years of continuous service to the University with a special pin celebrating this achievement. Members who have been at the University for 25 years are invited to a ceremony where they are inducted into the Quarter Century Club by the Principal and Vice-Principal (Administration and Finance). The Quarter Century Club boasts more than 3,000 members.
