  caring for a loved one who is living with dementia.\n\nºÚÁÏÍø±¬³Ô¹Ï Cares: A na
 tional public education campaign to promote brain health\n\nSamir Sinha\, 
 MD\, DPhil\, is a geriatrician and clinician scientist at Sinai Health Sys
 tem and the University Health Network in Toronto\, a professor of medicine
  at the University of Toronto\, and director of health policy research at 
 Toronto Metropolitan University’s National Institute on Ageing. As a forme
 r member of the Government of Canada’s National Seniors Council and a curr
 ent member of its Ministerial Advisory Board on Dementia\, he helped to de
 velop and now oversees Canada’s National Dementia Strategy and recently le
 d the successful development of Canada’s new National Long-Term Care Servi
 ces Standard.\n\nDuring this episode of ºÚÁÏÍø±¬³Ô¹Ï Cares\, Dr. Sinha will shar
 e information on the National Institute on Ageing’s new national public ed
 ucation campaign\, Small Steps Big Difference. He will show how consistent
  actions over time can lead to significant positive outcomes and he will p
 rovide examples of 14 simple ways that we can take action to reduce or del
 ay our dementia risk by up to 45 per cent.\n\nThis free webcast will be av
