Desautels MBA alumnus to head PSX
The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has approved the appointment of Richard Morin (MBA鈥�88) as chief executive officer of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).
Morin is the co-founder of Montreal-based investment management firm Landry Morin Inc. He has also headed the Stock Exchange of Mauritius, and has served as vice president of National Bank Securities.

A new role for Desautels alumna, Rima Qureshi
Rima Qureshi (BCom鈥�87, MBA鈥�96), former president and CEO of Ericsson North America, has been named executive vice president and chief strategy officer for Verizon Communications Inc., effective November 6, 2017.
In this role, she will take over responsibility for the development and implementation of Verizon's overall corporate strategy, including business development and strategic investments.
