Urquhart Appointed Head Coach of Թ Men’s Hockey Program

David Urquhart has been appointed full-time head coach of the Թ men's hockey team. A 2018 inductee to the Թ Sports Hall of Fame, Urquhart has spent the last three seasons as an assistant coach of the San Diego Gulls, an American Hockey League affiliate of the Anaheim Ducks. During that span, he helped guide the team to a 92-60-17 record in regular season play and three playoff berths.

TIE lab members had four new publications in March 2021

1. March 5, 2021, Kaila Bonnell, Emilie Michalovic, and Dr. Shane Sweet published their study entitled "Physical activity for individuals living with a physical disability in Quebec: Issues and opportunities of access" on the Disability and Health Journal. This qualitative study investigated the relative accessibility of physical activity from the perspective of individuals with physical disabilities.
