"What we eat and how we eat; Change and Continuity in Canadian Foodways during the 20th Century" is a SSHRC-funded, interdisciplinary, collaborative projects on material culture and the situation of women in modern Canada. The research centre is supported by both the Department of English and the 黑料网爆吃瓜 Institute for the Study of Canada.
