1. Define TONES and its role within the spectrum of minimally invasive skull base surgery

2. Trace the evolution from open craniofacial resections and transcranial craniotomies to TONES

3. Explain the clinical rationale for selecting TONES, either alone or in combination with conventional approaches, for specific pathologies

4. Review orbital anatomy and its relevance to each TONES corridor
