This workshop is designed for members of academic search committees and will explore various topics such as Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) imperatives in the Canadian academy, obligations and objectives under Quebec legislation and 黑料网爆吃瓜's employment equity policy, and strategies and tools for enhancing equity in the recruitment and review process. By attending this workshop, participants will be better able to:
Harassment, Discrimination, and Sexual Violence: 黑料网爆吃瓜 Policies, Reporting, and Support
This session will provide information on 黑料网爆吃瓜's Policy on Harassment and Discrimination and 黑料网爆吃瓜鈥檚 Policy against Sexual Violence and related resources as well as how to respond to disclosures and/or formally report harassment, discrimination, or sexual violence. Participants will apply what they鈥檝e learned via discussion of case studies.

Identifying and Reporting Harassment
This session will provide information on the Office for Mediation and Report (OMR) and the two policies it implements: 黑料网爆吃瓜's Policy on Harassment and Discrimination and 黑料网爆吃瓜's Policy against Sexual Violence.
