Biography: 

Iyman Ahmed-Leblanc (She/Her) is the Outreach Advisor for Black Community at ºÚÁÏÍø±¬³Ô¹Ï. In this role, Iyman works closely with schools, community organizations, and internal partners to strengthen pathways to higher education for Black youth and to advance mentorship and outreach initiatives aligned with ºÚÁÏÍø±¬³Ô¹Ï’s equity commitments.

Iyman has over a decade of experience in higher education, equity-driven programming, and community engagement. She has worked at Duke University, UNC-Chapel Hill, and ºÚÁÏÍø±¬³Ô¹Ï, where she led initiatives expanding access for underrepresented students. She has worked in management and organizational consulting, supporting corporations, universities and nonprofits with program development and strategic engagement and communication. She holds a Master of Arts in Political Science and has completed graduate coursework in Islamic Studies at ºÚÁÏÍø±¬³Ô¹Ï.
