Dear Colleagues,

We are writing to share an update on the planned upgrade of Banner INB Forms to Banner Admin Pages. The launch of Banner Admin Pages will begin in December 2025, and will be deployed progressively.

This approach will allow further testing of Admin Pages by the project team to help facilitate a smooth transition for users. The progressive rollout to users (user go live), which will account for peak operational work periods and the upcoming Workday Expenses launch, will ramp up in early 2026.

Knowing that many of you are interested in finding out more about the initiative, we will proceed with the planned information sessions. They are an opportunity for us to share information on the upcoming changes, show you what the new pages look like, and offer you a chance to ask questions. Nous vous écrivons pour vous informer de la mise à jour prévue des formulaires Banner INB vers les pages Banner Admin. Le lancement des pages Banner Admin débutera en décembre 2025 et sera déployé progressivement.

Cette approche permettra à l’équipe de projet de poursuivre les tests des pages Admin afin de faciliter une transition harmonieuse pour les utilisateurs. Le déploiement progressif auprès des utilisateurs (mise en service), qui tiendra compte des périodes de forte activité opérationnelle et du lancement prochain de Workday Expenses, s’intensifiera au début de 2026.

Sachant que beaucoup d’entre vous souhaitent en savoir davantage sur cette initiative, nous maintiendrons les séances d’information prévues. Elles seront l’occasion de partager des renseignements sur les changements à venir, de vous montrer à quoi ressemblent les nouvelles pages et de vous offrir la possibilité de poser vos questions.
