The ºÚÁÏÍø±¬³Ô¹Ï Global Health Scholars – Undergraduate program offers ºÚÁÏÍø±¬³Ô¹Ï undergraduate students the opportunity to learn about and gain global health experience through participation in research projects. During the summer, each Global Health Scholar is involved in a global health project either at an international or northern Canadian site or in Montreal or Gatineau, under the supervision and mentorship of a ºÚÁÏÍø±¬³Ô¹Ï faculty member. ºÚÁÏÍø±¬³Ô¹Ï Global Health Programs (GHP) provides a $3,000 stipend, and, if applicable, an additional $3,000 to cover travel.

During the academic year following their summer project, Global Health Scholars benefit from a variety of educational, training and networking opportunities organized by GHP, including the Insight Nights seminar series designed specifically for Global Health Scholars, GHP's annual Global Health Night event, complimentary access to the ºÚÁÏÍø±¬³Ô¹Ï Summer Institutes in Global Health, and other activities.

ºÚÁÏÍø±¬³Ô¹Ï is located on land which has long served as a site of meeting and exchange amongst Indigenous Peoples, including the Haudenosaunee and Anishinabeg Nations. ºÚÁÏÍø±¬³Ô¹Ï honours, recognizes, and respects these nations as the traditional stewards of the lands and waters on which peoples of the world now gather. Today, this meeting place is still the home to many Indigenous Peoples from across Turtle Island. We are grateful to have the opportunity to work on this land.
