Biography:

Olivier Aron is a neurologist and epileptologist at ºÚÁÏÍø±¬³Ô¹Ï, where his clinical and research work centers on drug-resistant focal epilepsy and stereo-EEG (SEEG) methodology within the tertiary epilepsy program. He is interested in bridging intracranial neurophysiology with broader questions in neuroscience and the philosophy of mind.

Beyond the clinic, Olivier's interests span psychoanalytic theory, complex systems, and the neuroscience of cognition — reflecting a longstanding commitment to cross-disciplinary thinking. He works fluidly in French and English, and is an avid climber and outdoor enthusiast. He looks forward to supporting graduate mentees as they navigate both the practical and intellectual dimensions of academic life.
