Dr. JB Poline, a new MNI faculty member and HBHL hire, discussed the need for data publishing and the Canadian Open Neuroscience Platform, as well as data and compute management software that will eventually comprise the backbone of NeuroHub - namely, CBRAIN and LORIS.</p> Mon, 27 Nov 2017 18:42:05 +0000 Թ The BigBrain Workshop: From open data to novel applications /hbhl/node/648 <p>Initiated more than 10 years ago by a collaboration between the Թ Centre for Integrative Neuroscience in Montreal, Canada and the Jülich Research Centre in Germany, the BigBrain atlas is the highest-resolution 3D digital map of the human brain produced to date. Over 220 applications were received and evaluated by a panel of 34 reviewers in three different committees (MSc, PhD and Postdoc).
