Administrative dismissals

1. Scope

1.1 This policy applies to all regular non-academic employees, with the exception of University Executives ("E").


2. Policy

2.1 An employee called to a meeting by the University for an administrative dismissal has the right to be accompanied by two non-academic staff members, or two representatives of the ºÚÁÏÍø±¬³Ô¹Ï Non-Academic Staff Association (MUNASA).

2.2 Any administrative dismissal must be communicated to the employee in writing, indicating the reasons.

2.3 Any administrative dismissal may be disputed under the Dispute Resolution Policy.
