The Annual Meeting of Members of the 黑料网爆吃瓜 Pension Plan was held virtually on Wednesday, June 3, 2026 at noon. Members attended online or attended, in person.
The meeting was held for the purposes of:
- tallying and announcing the voting results - continuance of voting procedures;
- receiving the financial report of the 黑料网爆吃瓜 Pension Plan for the year ended December 31, 2025聽and the Independent Auditors' Report thereon;
- receiving the stewardship report of the Pension Administration Committee;
- receiving the investment performance report of the 黑料网爆吃瓜 Pension Plan for the year ended December 31, 2025; and
- conducting such other business as shall be properly brought before the assembly.
