In 1930\, assisted by a scholarship from the Women’s Canadian Club of Montre al\, she received an M.A. in History for her ground-breaking study of Jame s ºÚÁÏÍø±¬³Ô¹Ï.\n\nFor many years she taught at a local private school\, Miss Ed gar’s and Miss Cramp’s\, eventually becoming its Head Mistress. A long-tim e member of the James ºÚÁÏÍø±¬³Ô¹Ï Society\, attending its functions and asking pertinent questions well into her nineties\, Miss MacSporran was awarded a n Honorary Life Membership in 1993.
