 s\, School of Information Studies\, is Executive-Secretary of the James Mc
 Gill Society\, Director of the History of ���������Թ� Project\, and author of t
 he soon-to-be-published third volume of ���������Թ�: for the Advance
 ment of Learning.\n\n\nJames ���������Թ� Society: One-Hundred and Ninety-Sixth
