She h as substantial experience advising and representing domestic and internati onal clients on a range of commercial disputes\, in both international arb itration and litigation proceedings. Yasmine practiced in Paris for over f our years at Castaldi Mourre & Partners\, before joining Clifford Chance a s an Associate in New York in 2005. Lahlou has substantial knowledge of ci vil and common law systems\, enhancing her ability to represent clients in cross-border litigation. She has acted as a sole and co-arbitrator in Int ernational Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SC C) arbitrations.\n\nLahlou co-authored the chapter on applicable law\, whi ch appears in International Arbitration in New York (OUP\, 2010). Since 20 00\, Lahlou has been a regular contributor on conflict of laws issues in R evue de Droit des Affaires Internationales / International Business Law Jo urnal (Thomson Reuters Group). She has also co-authored several articles o n U.S. arbitration law published in various journals\, including Mealey’s International Arbitration Report and the International Law Office electron ic newsletter. Yasmine currently serves as a co-chair of the Middle East C ommittee of the ABA Section of International Law.\n\nYasmine Lahlou attend ed a graduate program at the University of Texas at Austin Law School and received a Maîtrise en Droit from Paris X – Nanterre University.
