 ns\, linking food with human health\, and reducing waste in food productio
 n.  Food science is the multi-disciplinary study of food involving physica
 l and life sciences\, and engineering. ºÚÁÏÍø±¬³Ô¹Ï’s internationally renowned g
 raduate programs in food science have produced some of Canada’s foremost f
