ºÚÁÏÍø±¬³Ô¹Ï

During your exchange

While you’re busy exploring and learning abroad, here are a few things that will help you ensure a smooth transition back to ºÚÁÏÍø±¬³Ô¹Ï:

Keep all course materials

Graded exams, essays, evaluation rubrics, syllabi, and reading lists may be needed by your ºÚÁÏÍø±¬³Ô¹Ï Faculty Advisor to approve your courses for transfer credit.

Regularly check your ºÚÁÏÍø±¬³Ô¹Ï email

That’s how we stay in touch! Keep an eye out for important notices and information about ºÚÁÏÍø±¬³Ô¹Ï course registration, fees, graduation, and more. In case of an emergency, ºÚÁÏÍø±¬³Ô¹Ï will contact you via your ºÚÁÏÍø±¬³Ô¹Ï email so be sure to check it regularly.

Register for ºÚÁÏÍø±¬³Ô¹Ï courses for the upcoming term (if applicable)

If you expect to return to ºÚÁÏÍø±¬³Ô¹Ï after your exchange program, be sure to register for your ºÚÁÏÍø±¬³Ô¹Ï courses by applicable deadlines to avoid late registration fees.

Apply to graduate (if applicable)

If you are a graduating student, you might have to apply for graduation on Minerva while on exchange. Failure to do so may jeopardize or postpone your graduation!

Arrange to have your transcript sent to ºÚÁÏÍø±¬³Ô¹Ï

Your transcript is an essential part of the credit transfer process and it is your responsibility to ensure that there are no holds on your records at the host university so that your transcript may be released to ºÚÁÏÍø±¬³Ô¹Ï.

Transcripts from host universities (in paper or electronic format) become the property of ºÚÁÏÍø±¬³Ô¹Ï and will not be returned to you or forwarded to another institution. If you want a copy for your own records, make sure to request it before leaving.
