First\, I will present some of our brain analysis methods based on collective artificial intelligence. Then\, I will descri be our open access platform integrating our brain MRI segmentation tools. . Finally\, I will present our recent BigData studies dedicated to lifespa n modeling of normal aging and Alzheimer's disease.\n\nBio: Pierrick Coupé received his M. Eng degree in Biomedical engineering from University of T echnology of Compiègne\, France in 2003 and the M.Sc in Image and Signal p rocessing degree from University of Rennes I\, France in 2004. He obtained his Ph. D degree in Image processing from University of Rennes I\, France in 2008 under the supervision of Dr Christian Barillot and Dr Pierre Hell ier. Then\, he worked as postdoctoral researcher at Brain Imaging Center o f Montreal Neurological Institute from 2008 to 2011 under the supervision of Prof. D. Louis Collins. From 2011 to 2019\, he worked as CNRS researche r at the Laboratoire Bordelais de Recherche en Informatique http://www.lab ri.fr/  at the Bordeaux University. Since 2013 he is the leader of a new r esearch group dedicated to patch-based image processing called PICTURA. Si nce 2019 he is CNRS research director.\n His research on medical image proc essing covers different fields\, from preprocessing to automatic detection of diseases. His work mainly focuses on four topics:  Deep learning for m edical imaging\, BigData for medical image analysis\, quantitative MR anal ysis\, computer-aided diagnosis and image enhancement.\n\n\nThe Feindel Vi rtual Brain and Mind (VBM) Seminar Series will advance the vision of Dr. W illiam Feindel (1918–2014)\, Former Director of the Neuro (1972–1984)\, to constantly bridge the clinical and research realms. The talks will highli ght the latest advances and discoveries in neuropsychology\, cognitive neu roscience\, and neuroimaging.\n\nSpeakers will include scientists from acr oss The Neuro\, as well as colleagues and collaborators locally and from a round the world. The series is intended to provide a virtual forum for sci entists and trainees to continue to foster interdisciplinary exchanges on the mechanisms\, diagnosis and treatment of brain and cognitive disorders. \n\n\nTo watch via Vimeo\, click here.\n DTSTART:20221019T200000Z DTEND:20221019T210000Z LOCATION:De Grandpre Communications Center\, Montreal Neurological Institut e\, CA\, QC\, Montreal\, H3A 2B4\, 3801 rue University SUMMARY:Feindel Brain and Mind Lecture Series: Deep Learning for Quantitati ve Analysis of Brain MRI URL:/neuro/channels/event/feindel-brain-and-mind-lectu re-series-deep-learning-quantitative-analysis-brain-mri-342381 END:VEVENT END:VCALENDAR
