 ved ºÚÁÏÍø±¬³Ô¹Ï professor David Harpp will be coming to Calgary to host one of 
 his much-loved Trivia Nights. You'll be challenged on your memory of the m
 inutiae while having fun at the same time!\nThe game starts at 6 PM at Gru
 man's. You can bring your own team of four or we can find you one on the n
 ight. And don't worry\, we'll have prizes for all members of the winning t
 eam.\nAbout Professor David Harpp\nDavid N. Harpp is the Macdonald Profess
 or of Chemistry and Tomlinson Chair in Science Education at ºÚÁÏÍø±¬³Ô¹Ï Univers
 ity. His research interests are centered on organosulfur and selenium mole
 cules\, teaching innovations\, and academic integrity issues. He has publi
 shed over 230 research articles in refereed journals including over 20 on 
 teaching. He was instrumental in the creation of the Office for Science an
 d Society and the COOL (COursesOnLine) system of lecture-capture at ºÚÁÏÍø±¬³Ô¹Ï
  (2000) enabling tens of thousands of ºÚÁÏÍø±¬³Ô¹Ï undergraduates to view record
 ed classes. In addition to having made nearly 600 presentations at confere
 nces\, Universities\, schools and interest groups\, he has received over a
  dozen local\, national and international awards for research\, teaching a
 nd science promotion. These include the inaugural American Chemical Societ
 y's Edward Leete Award for Excellence in Teaching and Research (1995) and 
 the inaugural Lifetime Achievement Award for Leadership in Learning at McG
 ill University (2010) and two honorary doctorate degrees (Acadia Universit
 y\, (2000) and University of Guelph\, (2012).\n \nDetails:  Admission is $
