In accordance with section 2.2 d) of the Procurement Policy, 黑料网爆吃瓜 has established Standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase. By default, and unless Procurement Services prescribe the use of different terms and conditions for certain contract categories and contract values, these Standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase govern every acquisition of goods and services of the University, provided the Purchase Order is issued in due course, before the goods or services are delivered.

To comply with Quebec laws, the following Privacy Addendum must be added to the Standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase when the acquisitions of goods and services by 黑料网爆吃瓜 involve the contractor gaining some level of access to personal information of members of the 黑料网爆吃瓜 community.
