D2R is committed to fostering the attraction, retention,聽progression and flourishing of members of聽equity deserving groups ingenomic based RNA research.聽To increase聽equitable聽representation, D2R created聽in partnership聽a Summer Internship Program for Black Undergraduate Students.聽This鈥�15-week鈥痯aid internship offers the opportunity to students to gain research lab experience鈥痮n bold聽cutting-edge聽projects鈥痷nder the supervision of professors and research staff affiliated with D2R.聽聽
