D2R is committed to fostering the attraction, retention, progression and flourishing of members of equity deserving groups ingenomic based RNA research. To increase equitable representation, D2R created in partnership a Summer Internship Program for Black Undergraduate Students. This 15-week paid internship offers the opportunity to students to gain research lab experience on bold cutting-edge projects under the supervision of professors and research staff affiliated with D2R.
