DESCRIPTION:This session will be hosted virtually – link and password will 
 be provided to those who RSVP\n\nThe purpose of the Social Sciences and Hu
 manities Research Council (SSHRC) Insight Grant Program is to provide supp
 ort to research initiative of two to five years in duration\, for both eme
 rging and established scholars in the social sciences and humanities.\n\nR
 esearchers in the social sciences and humanities\, arts\, and literature w
 ho are planning to apply to the upcoming SSHRC Insight Grants competition 
 are encouraged to attend this information session\, which will include:\n	 
 \n\nA presentation about the objectives and application requirements of th
 e SSHRC Insight Grants program by Joanna Mastalerek and Biljana Vasilevska
 \, Grants and Agreements Officers\, OSR\;\n		 \n	Presentations from Dr. Pierr
 e-Emmanuel Moyse\, Associate Professor (Law)\, and Dr. Lindsay Holmgren\, 
 Associate Professor (Desautels Faculty of Management)\, who will provide p
 otential applicants with information about the peer-review system and stra
 tegies for preparing a successful Insight Grant proposal\;\n		 \n	A question 
 and answer period where participants will be encouraged to raise any quest
 ions they may have about the program or the application process.\n		 \nThose
  who are unable to attend or who may not feel comfortable sharing their qu
