  University in 2013. From 2013 to 2014\, Dr. Bessissow completed a periope
 rative medicine research fellowship at McMaster University and Population 
 Health Research Institute. She completed a master’s degree in health resea
 rch Methodology at McMaster University. Currently\, she is an assistant pr
 ofessor at ºÚÁÏÍø±¬³Ô¹Ï Health Center (MUHC)\, a clinician-investigat
 or\, and a member of the cardiovascular program at the MUHC Research Insti
 tute. Since July 2015\, Dr. Bessissow holds the positions of Medical Direc
 tor of the RVH and MGH Preoperative Clinics and Director of the MUHC Perio
