Research Group On Health and Law Student Travel Grant - Call For Applications

The Research Group on Health and Law (RGHL) invites applications for a $500.00 student travel grant. 

The RGHL is a research network that seeks to foster the sharing of scholarship and ideas among professors and students, and encourages collaborative work on health-related issues. The award must be used to support research travel and dissemination of research related to health law. 

Eligibility Requirements / Critères d'admissibilité

  1. The award will be allocated to an undergraduate or graduate student in the Faculty of Law presenting and/or attending a conference taking place between September 1st, 2012 and April 30, 2012. 
  2. Priority will be given to applicants presenting at a conference.
  3. Applicants must submit to rghl.law [at] mcgill.ca a 300-word abstract of the research that will be presented at the conference for which funding is sought, in addition to the details of the conference(title, date, location, the scope of your participation in the conference).
  4. Within 30 days of attendance at the conference for which the award was received, the successful applicant must provide a 300-word report outlining how the RGHL travel award facilitated participation in the event, and how involvement in the conference benefited the applicant's studies.
