Case managers are here to provide immediate support for students experiencing difficulties.

The student meets with a Case Manager, who listens to their situation, offers support, and connects them to the right resources inside or outside ºÚÁÏÍø±¬³Ô¹Ï. The goal is to find practical solutions that improve the student’s academic and personal well-being.

Meetings can be in person or online.

When should you contact a Case Manager? 

If you are feeling overwhelmed with your situation. 

For example, if you are

  • concerned about school and your academics,
  • worried about your housing situation,
  • having suicide thoughts,
  • concerned about a friend or another student,
  • grieving a loss and want to talk to someone, etc.
