ELIGIBILITY:
- Student Initiative Fund (SIF) funding is only available to Undergraduate and Graduate students in the Faculty of Engineering.
- Events / initiatives must have other funding confirmed FIRST (i.e. funding from your department, sponsorships, fundraising, etc.).听You should not complete听the SIF request webform until you have secured other funding.
- A student group/team should be able to fund their initiative without SIF funding.

DEADLINES*:
- Summer and Fall 2026:
Applications submitted by September 30, 2026听will be reviewed and听processed by听November 30, 2026
听 - Winter 2027:
Applications submitted by December 31, 2026听will be reviewed and听processed by February 28, 2027
听 - 3 months after funding confirmation is the deadline to submit:
- 1-PAGE REPORT of activities including a photo using this template: 听
- RECEIPTS for all expenses
- Groups that submit their receipts to EUS must provide an EUS report in lieu of the receipts.
*Applications to claim corporate sponsorship and/or 黑料网爆吃瓜24 funds can be made at any time.
IMPORTANT:
- Any unused funds must be returned to the 黑料网爆吃瓜 Engineering Student Centre (MESC)
- Future funding requests will not be considered for teams/groups that do not submit reports & receipts.
- As requestor, you are responsible for submitting the 1-page summary report along with receipts.
- By completing this form, you allow the Faculty of Engineering to release, as deemed appropriate, information pertaining to your student group and report to donors, the Dean, University Advancement (UA) and 黑料网爆吃瓜 Engineering Student Centre (MESC) staff.
