Three leadership development offerings

Meaningful leadership learning opportunities for students who want an experiential skill building experience via three offerings. Participation can lead to recognition on the Student Experience Record (SER).

Leadership Discovery Series

A suite of interactive workshops designed for students who want to develop their leadership capacities. The workshops cover a variety of topics and are student-facilitated. (Formerly known as "Emerging Leaders Workshop Series")

Leadership Facilitation Team

Each year we recruit for this volunteer program and provide successful candidates with training on facilitation and leadership to prepare them to take on the roles of leading our Leadership Discovery Series. (Formerly known as "Emerging Leaders: Stream 1")

Leadership Development Program

Each semester we offer a cohort of students a series of workshops plus a reflection session to provide them with an opportunity to commit time to their leadership journey in a supportive learning environment. (Formerly known as "Emerging Leaders: Stream 2")

We also offer on-demand workshops related to leadership development within the ºÚÁÏÍø±¬³Ô¹Ï community - from delivering content in classes to collaborations with student organizations to offering micro-trainings.
