Not every career follows a straight line. Sometimes, the path bends. Sometimes, it completely changes direction. And sometimes, the work you end up loving has nothing to do with what you studied.

In this conversation, you'll hear from Black professionals who built meaningful careers in fields very different from their degrees. They'll share what it looked like to pivot, to start over, to take risks, and to redefine success on their own terms.
