Welltrack HelpNow: Crisis Support
Welltrack HelpNow is 24-hour, no-cost crisis support service. Call 888-371-9355 for immediate access to trained clinicians for crisis intervention, stabilization, and coordination services. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency or are in immediate danger, please call 911. If you are outside the United States, contact your local emergency services number.
