Keith Andre Baybayon is an undergraduate student researcher and communications practitioner with a strong interest in misinformation and crisis-relevant policy. He is currently completing a Joint Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Religious Studies at ºÚÁÏÍø±¬³Ô¹Ï.

Keith has held policy research and advisory roles across government, civil society, and academic settings, contributing to work on digital governance and institutional accountability. His experience includes conducting qualitative content analysis on political media discourse to assess how narratives shape public attitudes toward social groups, advising on policy development processes related to privacy and youth engagement, developing youth-focused media literacy tools, and producing communications for national policy and advocacy organizations.

Previously, Keith has worked in research and communication roles with Egale Canada, the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario, the Media Ecosystem Observatory, and grassroots organizations in India. He is a McCall MacBain International Fellow and has contributed to youth-led policy initiatives at the United Nations with the ºÚÁÏÍø±¬³Ô¹Ï Youth Advisory Delegation and Canadian digital governance bodies.

He is interested in how mapping misinformation and institutional trust can shape public responses during health and social crises.
